My mini goal for today was to go to the gym, and have just got back! 90 minutes ashtanga yoga and a quick 15 minute jog.

Tomorrow- limit junk food and if I do have to keep it within calorie limits. (I'm aiming to cut it out completely, but tomorrow is an exception)
Don't eat back too many of my exercise calories.

    1. Not to snack while I'm at work. It's easy to sit and munch on snack's when I have down time.
    2. Drink at least 60 oz of water (I know that is still not enough but I'm lucky if I get in 40 oz daily - any suggestions or tricks to get in more water would be great!)

Do you keep a water bottle at your desk at work? I set a calender appt through my email for every hour and it reminds me to drink my water - if I've already comsumed my "bottle" by that time, I'm good - if not...time to chug and refill!!!

I might try that. I have a 28 ounce tumbler of water on my desk all day, every day and I'm lucky if I ever finish drinking it. I never feel thirsty so I have to force myself to drink. A pop up reminder in my email might just do the trick.

My mini goal in probably much the same as everyone else to stay the right side of my calorie limit.
I am currently trying to shop and cook better. We have been filling our fridge with fresh superfoods but we were buying far to much. And fresh doesn't stay fresh. So now we are preparing good healthy low fat menu and only buying what we need.
As this challenge progresses' i will add more daily goals.

Ooo! I have a goal! GET TO THE GYM! Do at least 35 minutes of cardio. I drove to the gym yesterday and my husband and I sat and drank coffee and I ended up running out of time to work out. The ultimate in procrastination. Jeez.
