I was looking at the groups page and saw this pop up... I've lived in Wake Forest since 1991 and have 2 boys (at the 2 different high schools in Wake Forest -- because it would be WAAAAAAY too easy to have them at the same school!).

I'm 51 and am just embarking on trying to get back to a normal weight again.... well, a NEW normal!

Just wanted to say "hi".

    doesn't appear to be many from the wake forest area on MFP. too bad as I was looking to expand my support group as I enter my third phase of healthy living journey. anyone in the wake forest area feel free to connect with me
