I was listeing to Dr. Eric Westman who co-wrote the book Keto Clarity and he says, that we should limit our Mayonnaise to 2T per day.

If you are not hungry, don't eat (even after you get up in the morning, you don't necessarily have to eat if you are not hungry).

He says you can have Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice or the Diet Promagranate and or Blueberry Juice(2g carbs) in 8 oz glass, if you are missing your fruits, as an exchange.

Can have inlimited sugar free diet Jello with heavy whip cream.

Constipated - 2 tsp of Milk of Magnesia at bedtime.

Count all alcohol/wine as 5g no matter what.

He does not count NET GRAMS, he only counts TOTAL CARBS. Total Carbs should be 20g per day.
