75 second static forearm plank. 5 seconds better then yesterday.

    Day 8, 105 seconds up 5 from Day 6

    I haven't logged in a few days (mini vacation) but I have been doing the planks
    Did them yesterday at the Library in the "Quiet room" I was in there alone and I made sure I didn't GRUNT too loud :laugh:


    Prone Plank 2 Min
    Left side plank 1 Min
    Rigth Side plank 1 Min

    Been keeping the 2 Min 1 Min range, feeling good, hope to move up this week

    I'm a bit behind schedule due to sickness last week. 35 sec yesterday, 45 sec today. Tomorrow is a new day to keep getting better :smile: Also, getting 20 sec on the side planks.
