Day 7, rest day
Day 8, 105 seconds up 5 from Day 60 -

I haven't logged in a few days (mini vacation) but I have been doing the planks
Did them yesterday at the Library in the "Quiet room" I was in there alone and I made sure I didn't GRUNT too loud :laugh:

I'm a bit behind schedule due to sickness last week. 35 sec yesterday, 45 sec today. Tomorrow is a new day to keep getting better
Also, getting 20 sec on the side planks.
