    So I started the challenge yesterday. Seemed to be ok. Today I did 20 felt a little more burn. Then went for a 5 mile bike ride. Should feel it tomorrow for sure.

    I did my 20 squats today. I also did zumba, the curve circuit, and walking today!!:wink:
