Below is the format that I will be using to weigh in. Feel free to use the same one, or come up with your own. Just make sure it's easy to understand.

    I'm going to weigh in on Friday's. I went a head and made my weekly goals. I have given up my bud lights for the month of September so I should be able to meet that goal. Also that's the weight MFP says I should weigh in 5 weeks if I keep eating the same amount of calories.

    Hello all,I also get excited and stay focused when i weigh every week.I am mom of a 3 year old and a one month old.So my activity level is really low now but i am eating healthy to lose weight.

  • I hate myself. Continue to gain weight. Wearing my fit bit, getting 10000 a day, logging. Prior success on weight watchers. But I don't have the time to go back to that method currently in my life. I would love to weigh 160, but realistically 170 is probably a true goal weight for me.

    Hey, I'm brand new to MFP, and I think getting involved in a group will be a good additional motivator for me.
    I will be weighing in on Fridays. I'm also currently on day 4 of a 30 day alcohol free cleanse (trying to get my life into healthier habits again!)

    I'm compeltey ne to MFP - so hopefully my first post works!

    I started 3 Sept and was 95kg - and aim to lose 1kg a week.

  • Hello! Thank you for starting this group; I think it will really help to be held accountable. Another member mentioned a 30 day alcohol-free period, and I am doing the same. I've gotten into the bad habit of drinking socially, and my weight has suffered as a result. I am on day 3 of no alcohol. Here are my stats. I will be weighing in on Fridays.     Question.. What kind of scales do you all have? I am on my second scale in the past two months and it keeps fluctuating each time you step on so I'm not sure what is an accurate reading at this point.

    I just have a weight watchers scale I got from Kmart like... a year ago. It seems to work fine

    Today's weigh in fell short of my goal by 2.4 lbs but I am still down from last week. Looking forward to reaching my goal next week. Good luck to all of the weigh ins today!
