I'm going to weigh in on Friday's. I went a head and made my weekly goals. I have given up my bud lights for the month of September so I should be able to meet that goal. Also that's the weight MFP says I should weigh in 5 weeks if I keep eating the same amount of calories.

Hello all,I also get excited and stay focused when i weigh every week.I am mom of a 3 year old and a one month old.So my activity level is really low now but i am eating healthy to lose weight.

I hate myself. Continue to gain weight. Wearing my fit bit, getting 10000 a day, logging. Prior success on weight watchers. But I don't have the time to go back to that method currently in my life. I would love to weigh 160, but realistically 170 is probably a true goal weight for me.

Hey, I'm brand new to MFP, and I think getting involved in a group will be a good additional motivator for me.
I will be weighing in on Fridays. I'm also currently on day 4 of a 30 day alcohol free cleanse (trying to get my life into healthier habits again!)

Hello! Thank you for starting this group; I think it will really help to be held accountable. Another member mentioned a 30 day alcohol-free period, and I am doing the same. I've gotten into the bad habit of drinking socially, and my weight has suffered as a result. I am on day 3 of no alcohol. Here are my stats. I will be weighing in on Fridays.
