  • I, myself use to always let the scale dictate to me. I use to get very frustrated at what I thought was hard work, only to find out that the scale did not reciprocate my efforts. Water weight, muscle is not something you can measure on a scale. The scale continuously fluctuates throughout the day.

    I have learned not to let the scale dictate my efforts on a daily basis. I find that weighing once per week is enough.
