30-Day Challenge: Move a Mile a Day Starting October 1

I have previously said after the squat challenge was over i wanted to keep the group running by starting a new challenge! i don't know i personally love doing challenges because i can hold my self accountable and it keeps me motivated to keep pushing! So for the upcoming challenge i want to start the 30 miles in 30 days along with everyone's normal workout routine adding a mile would be a great way to burn extra calories! A mile a day may sound easy or it may sound hard. Either way it's a awesome challenge. All you have to do is move your body forward for at least 1 mile, every day, for 30 days. You can run, jog, walk, crawl, bike or swim. Just break out of your normal routine and move an extra mile a day! Comment below it you would like to participate in this October challenge!
