9/8 - 744 calories simulated hike on incline treadmill

Carhicks' Challenge - 2/2
Tried to catch up yesterday and today with my hikes, but think I just ended up overtraining. No chance of getting that last 584 calories. My body is not liking that I didn't ease into exercising again. May have to back off quite a bit next week.
You really got in huge burns the last two days. I'm glad you are listening to your body & will be taking it a little easier.0 -

No extra work outs.. This week was tough for me. Hurt my shoulder, didn't get much sleep, started dieting. Next week will be better.

Wow, looking at everyone's results and am so very impressed. You really pulled it out this week. lpeltenburg and kim69194, you did what you could and that is awesome. We all need to listen to our bodies. Way to go everyone.
Thanks Carhicks...I was a little bummed until I did my weekly weigh-in and found I'm down 3lbs. I may not be able to keep up with you all yet but I'm stoked the scale is finally moving downward again. This is a great, motivational group!
