Help with Freestyle Lite Freedom

Hi! I just got my blood glucose monitor here in Finland. It gives readings in mmol/L but I want it to show readings in mg/dl since that's what I understand from back home in America. Does anyone know if it's possible to change? I checked the manual on the internet in English but this is not mentioned in the settings section.
Thanks for any help! If it's not possible at least I found a site that will convert.

I don't think you can.
"Can the FreeStyle Freedom Lite meters display test results in both mg/dL and mmol/L?
In the United States, the FreeStyle Freedom Lite meter is preset at the time of manufacture to display test results in mg/dL. The user cannot change the unit of measurement setting."

Thanks very much! It confirmed what I already knew. This is a little disappointing, but there are converters online and I'm sure I'll get used to these numbers (eventually)0

Hi, I've found a conversion table for you here:

Copy and paste the entire link above into your browzer.
Hope this is helpful.0 -
Thanks a lot for the link. THat will be very helpful. When I see 5.9 on my meter, I'm not sure, is that good or bad?0

Was this a fasting, pre meal or post meal test result? A 5.9 is good imo, especially if it's a post mealtime test result.0

5.9 was after dinner. Fasting has been between 4.4 and 5.7. Yesterday after meals was 4.6-5.5. I went low carb and basically don't eat much fruit anymore.0
