Should I move on??

My first attempt at week 5 day 3 I failed. I had to walk like 5 minutes or more. I did a repeat tonight. I ran all of it except for 1 minute. Between my 17th minute and 18th I walked a brisk walk and then finished the rest at my run. So should I repeat one more time or just move on to week 6?

I would repeat one more time, just to be safe. Even though it may not feel like progress, you're still building yourself up. But, if you feel comfortable, you could always try the next workout and drop back down a day, if need be.0

I would repeat one more time. You might make it through week 6, day 1 and day 2, but day 3 may have repeats. No more walk breaks after week 6, day 2.0

I would repeat the day and slow down a little bit. You need to mentally know that you can do this. Don't stop running, just slow down the pace to accommodate any tiredness.0

I decided to try week 6 day 1 and I completed no problem so maybe I just had a bad day last time. Oh well, I'm excited I was able to move forward0
