    Thanks! I did not really realize just how much I'd changed in appearance until I put these pics side by side. I mean I knew I was buying smaller clothes and I sometimes startle myself when I look in the mirror, but I mostly feel not that different from how I felt in the before pics, so the side-by-side was a bit of a shock to me.

    Hope others will post some of their before and now pics too!
