Dear team, it's so satisfying to see over 400 members. I have a feeling that most of you nailed your daily goals. If you have not yet entered your weight for 9/23/14 then please do so at your earliest.

Did 127 minutes of walks on day 1. Hope to repeat it on day 2 too.

    Goals for today are to continue to eat and track well within my calorie limits
    Work out twice (AM and PM) only an hour in total
    Drink my water.
    So far so good...

    Drink extra fluids, I got to kick this cold.
    try to do more planks,

    Actually met all my goals for day 1.

    Day 2 goals are:
    -30 mountain climbers
    -10 min HIIT
    -drink 8 glasses of water
    -stay under calorie goal

    I met my goal yesterday of drinking 10 glasses of water and eating 3 meals and a snack and still staying below 1200 calories.

    Didn't meet all my goals for Day 1 but it is okay at least I had 60 min walk.

    Day 2 Goals:

    Drinking 3 L water.
    No Carb day and staying under 1200 calories

    my goal for 2/100

    to plan what i eat, not eat then plan
    i can so easily have eaten something before i realize what im doing, so im going to try and plan everything. even treats

    stay under
    which wont be so hard today kickboxing tonight so will kick in to touch unwanted calories

    Goal for today:

    - Stay under 1450 cal
    - 100 squats
    - 100 situps
    - 1 min plank

    And as always, drink a boatload of water!
  • Did just over four and half miles walking yesterday. Bumped up my BPM by one and it seemed good. Eating was ok. I think I can do better but at least it was all good eating. Today's goal is to continue to monitor eating and unfortunately bad weather is rolling in so it will be the treadmille today.

    Great job Balanced Walker - you certainly got your miles in yesterday!

    I did well yesterday even though by the end of the day I was feeling really sick, I still got in 5 miles of walking (no biking though). Today I still feel sick with a stupid headache so I'm just going to take it easy food wise and exercise wise. Need to rebound fast!

    So today's goal: Stay within my calories today and get plenty of rest!

    Daniel Plan Faith: Faith sharing
    Daniel Plan Focus: I praise and thank God for waking up to this wonderful morning in Metro Washington DC cold 55 degrees.
    Daniel Plan Food: 1,300 gross food in take. LCHF. Lessen carbs and watch my sugar
    Daniel Plan Fitness: 1 hour of cardio
    Daniel Plan Friends: My MFP Friends Rock my world!

    I was on goal yesterday but I wish it was less than 1,000 calories after working out.
  • Day 2 brings much of what day one had.
    ~lots of hot fluids (I'm still sick)
    ~ day 3 of my triple 100 challenge
    ~staying way under my calories goals


    Yesterday I only managed 70 of my push ups and sit-ups but being sick will weaken up so that's OK but I did managed a small c25k session yesterday which wasn't in my goals

    yesterday was a great day for me! Surpassed my steps goal by 3000 and got over 300 calories logged for exercise. I stayed under my calories for food as well. Today I feel great.

    Goals
    - water intake
    - two walks during the workday
    -20-30 min of exercise tonight
    - stay with in 1200 calories food intake.

    Hit both my goals yesterday, so I'm going to add on one more today!

    - Drink 3.75L of water before I leave the office
    - Go to the gym at lunch for cardio+strength circuit
    - (new) No cookies after dinner!!! Seriously. Not even one.

    I love that every day bring a new opportunity to meet our goals and refocus. My calories were on track yesterday. I didn't get home from work/appointments/volunteer meetings until after 9pm though so I did not meet the exercise/step goal I wanted. But today I will!

    today's goal:
    Get my 50 minutes walk - spread out through day. (2-15 min, 2-10 min).
    tonight: Weight training - upper body workout (30 min) + cardio - Elliptical (20 min)

    Drink min - 6 glasses of water. (already have in 2 - and I have the whole day ahead of me)

    Eat under 100 g carbs, and no processed sugars today! (yesterday I failed the sugar peice by craving sweets mid afternoon, and reaching for a cup jello, and a non-fat yogurt)

    I did meet my goal for yesterday also plus I was able to get a morning run in! I have to go to the DMV NOT looking forward to it! Before I go I WiLL have to me MY strength training done!

    Goals for the day!

    1. Get my morning 5 miles in! Done
    2. Get 15 mins stew training in! Done
    3. No late night snacking!

    Good job yall! I am finally not in pain from my half marathon Sunday, so I'm going to go for a shorter run today and stay under my calorie goal!
