I'm not, but I did read it. I suspected I had some gluten issues, and liked how he approached the "testing" of it.

In the end I think I've determined that my issues are more with starches than wheat/gluten, as gluten free bread gave me the same tummy issues.

It's a good read. He writes in a pretty user friendly way.

    ps: Welcome!

I am! Just reading the book now, but hope to restart Phase I soon. I do have Celiac (and have been Gluten Free for almost four years) so I thought it might be interesting on how it is approached. So far, I really like it and find it interesting.

I hope you'll report back after you've read the book. That was something I wondered throughout: what would someone with Celiac think.

    Thanks for checking in.

I haven't read the book, but I have been eating wheat-free for 30 years (with the occasional lapse) due to a wheat allergy. I can't have soy or corn, either. That made it really interesting when I did a vegan diet, LOL.

Wow, that WOULD be a challenge!
