I made just over 200 miles this month which was a new PB. I found it hard so I will try to walk 200 this month please.
Thank you to all concerned for keeping MYAC going. You are making people walk more therefore keeping people fitter.0 -
Not sure what to set for a goal. Weather is starting to turn nasty. Put me down for 200 miles and we shall see how it goes.0

Vacation in September was part of what helped me reach a new personal goal. (Hiking in the smokey mountains will do that) So I need to lower my goal because I do not have a vacation this month.

Hi - put me down for 500 miles as I have jury service for at least 2 weeks
I know it needs to be done, but Jury service really takes a huge bite out of your routine. Good Luck.0 -
I have no idea what's in store for me this month. I'm still trying to move from one house to the other. All the big stuff is moved but the small stuff is really time consuming. I'll set a goal for 50 miles. OK, 50 for one ride and 300 for the month. :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
bwahahah! Pretty funny! oh, not the moving part...ohhhh, that's not even funny. I so dislike moving! The one ride for 50 miles, however...:huh:

I'm going to drop my miles for October to 120. Figure I need some extra rest days leading up to my half marathon, and then recovery afterwards :bigsmile: :laugh:0

Reading all the posts and realizing I too, have vacation this month, makes me think 80 is perhaps a bit much. I'm spending 5 nights at a spa/resort in Tucson and having been there before, I know I don't walk as much as if I was home, moving my *kitten*. Even with one, possibly two, desert hikes scheduled, I'm going to ask to change it to 70 this month. I can always up it later if I hit goal early enough.

Ok - I know my bike miles have radically reduced and I have some major activities for work this month so my goal is pretty low. Its set for an average of 5 miles per day which my Jawbone is currently asking me to go for, everyday. I want to get back on track for moving.0
