Does anyone know if there are retail stores in Brisbane that sell Waldens Farm products?

I can't have things delivered to my address (it's complicated) so I was wondering if there is a way around that.

Australia Post has a free parcel collect service. You just register and they give you a special address to get parcel sent to then you just pick them up from the post office of your choice when they arrive. Really handy

Wow! So many yummy foods. When looking for protein bars I use ebay and groceryrun.com.au (I think they are the same company as catch of the day). I tend to use ebay for PB2 as well.
  • I find iherb.com to be much cheaper for PB2 and protein bars :) Really quick shipping too! My discount code is VUC362 if you need $5 off your first order, otherwise once you sign up you can get your own discount code! x

My girlfriend recently told me about Carisma Potatoes, which is an exciting breakthrough for me, haha. They're the only low GI potato in the world (I believe) and have around a third less calories than regular tates. Per 250g they're 113 calories, which is pretty good in comparison to the 70-80 cal per 100g that other potatoes seem to be. Only available in Coles I believe, and a 2kg bag will set you back about 6 bucks.

    C'mon guys, potatoes!

How do they go as wedges? As good as the ruby red variety?

^^^ I don't do wedges and I have no idea what ruby red is but they taste like a normal potato to me when I make them as baked chips.

Also, can't remember if I said or not but the fountain no sugar added sauces now include chilli and sweet chilli (5 cals per serve)

Wedges are basically baked chips, but bigger LOL

Ruby red is a variety of potato that has a perfect texture for baking - the skin is red, which is how it gets the name.

Thinking I might order some Quest bars from Iherb too. I just tried a few this week! As far as protein goes, I really like the wpc & wpi from BulkNutrients.com.au, it's decent tasting and reasonably priced, and cheaper if you know someone who wants to split postage costs etc, I do that with my partner and a few of his friends at work.

The Quest bars are OK - Nothing like the Americans hype on about but. I like the fiber content the most :)

Apple pie and the peanut butter ones are my fav by farrr.

Bulk nutrients are good too - i tend to just get a bag on the 5kg unflavored WPI - add my own flavors as the pre done is far to sweet for me.

I love just throwing in stevia and some powder cinnamon, Pure coco powder good too

Another vote for Bulk Nutrients, those guys are amazing, favourite flavours are choc mint and cookies and cream, delicious! Quest bars are good but they are definitely an expensive protein source either way you go about it, but as s substitute for a chocolate bar it's hard to go wrong! Cookies and cream (I see a pattern in my tastes lol) and cinnamon roll are pretty good.

Just discovered frosty fruits - coconut water and pineapple. Only 60 calories. Perfect on a hot day.
