    Looking at the strength/cardio requirements, I'm advanced for cardio but a total noob for strength training, so I figure the intermediate team is a good compromise and will provide me with a challenge in the strength arena! :drinker:

    Gonna give this a try hopefully it will help to motivate me. I am going to choose Beginner (being as I have just began working out) And Rick (because I have faith that he will survive and it would devastate me if he died)

    Go Team Carol. I've missed my teammates! I am not sure whether to go intermediate or advanced. What are the expectations for each level? I haven't kept up with my exercise due to injury and and a crazy life, but I'm determined to get back into daily exercise!

    i like the change up with the teams being the activity levels... but i fear there will be less character camaraderie, unless the group/team threads are character based.

    however it goes... i love and miss my team carol!

    so im team carol and throw me in the intermediate for activity.

    We're going to start with 70 cardio/40 strength for beginners, 80/50 and 90/60 for intermediate and advanced... it will go up in increments most weeks. I penciled you in on Intermediate. Let me know of you prefer advanced and I can change it.

    Yeah, we considered that.... hopefully the characters will bond regardless of team levels... in a sense we are all on two teams.

    I sent a PM to Cindyinpg asking about the expected cardio and strength training in each level and then found that she's put it up in this thread about a million times. Sorry, you can ignore that mesage from me,I'm dumb! :) While I think I could definitely handle the cardio in intermediate, the strength training will be a new add on for me (I do very little of that, shamefully), and I don't wanna bite off more than I can chew (ah, zombie puns!). My husband is also going to do it with me, though he's not on MFP--he'll just be my workout buddy (and TV watching buddy).

    So, I'm signing up as Carl, beginner. He's just not getting enough love. I was originally gonna go Darryl, because he's hella awesome, but I'm doing my part to even things out!

    Is it to much to hope that one of my challenges will be eating a gallon of chocolate pudding? :laugh:
