Hi everyone! :) I know it's late, but day one is done and I JUST completed it! I didn't have too hard of a time with it except with the jump rope repetitions. I've been hitting the gym every other day for a week so my stamina was up but I'm still a little shaky. Great workout!

Day one down, 9 to go (in level one!) and 29 overall! Woohoo!

    I'm going on a run today instead of 30DS! (I'm doing it a bit different based on my past experiences and some injuries). But still considering this my "Day 2."

    Had a death in the family today unfortunately and will be out of town tomorrow through Monday so I may be running instead of shredding for a while until I'm back home :(

    Wow, day 3 done and I am sore - thighs, shoulders and abs - I felt them every time I moved trying to sleep last night, ouch.
    I suppose as they say, NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!!!!!!

    Day two done (yesterday) and man am I sore today! I will be doing day three tonight when my fiance gets home. Way to go everyone! :flowerforyou:

    Day 3 done! My knees are still hurting this morning and I had to modified the cardio a bit. I'm going to skip my run today. I hope it goes away and I can do a proper workout tomorrow.

    Day three complete. It was harder to get day three done but I don't feel nearly as sore today (day four). I'll be doing my workout a little later but I'm thinking about hitting the gym as some point too.

    I finished day 4! I couldn't skip because my knee is still bothering me. I'll have to get it checked out tomorrow.
