Different readings?

I just took m ygl 3 times in a row. I got 3 different numbers. one finger, 153, next finger, 209, then again, same finger, 196. What gives? Is there something wrong with my meter? I don't normally check it multiple times in a row.

Meters have a margin of error, the readings are all close, so you are in that 200 range.
Make sure your hands are clean and dry.
Keep your strips clean and dry too.0 -
Sometimes when my meter reading vary way off my norm, I check to see if it's a low battery. You might try that if you haven't changed the battery.0

Same here. Did two pokes this morning and my left hand was 11 points higher than my right. I just hope that over time the averages will be correct0
