Oh dear, this challenge is gonna knock me out. No sugar!!!!! Arghhhhh. Ok let's see how this goes . Actually I don't understand the no sugar aspect,is like when I want take my coffee I can't add sugar or its just sugary drinks like coke and the likes.0

You can probably interpret the "no sugar" thing anyway you want. I will interpret it as, no added sugar, candy, or sweets treats. There is a bit of sugar in my protein powders, & I am not giving those up, but I will let my kids have the half of the apple strudel that I saved from yesterday :sad:
No flour to me means no bread, pasta & baked good (which are already out anyway!)
Tough, tough challenge! I can't tolerate artificial sweeteners, so it will be a sweet free week for me!

Your right! Do not add sugar nor do we eat candy, drink sugary liquids, nor cake, nor cookies! Natural sugars are great but don't over do them as a replacement! You are also right about flour. Nothing like breads, pasta's, cereals etc.. Come on we can do this for one week! I'm sure the scale will be nice to us after the week is up! I'm the kithchen manager at school & today was big fluffy biscuits, they had my favorite white cake as a going away cake for a staff member and my kitchen helper new peach pie was a favorite & she brought me a big piece but I thought of the challenge & I will NOT lie and did not have ANY!!!!0

I just saw the challenge, wow! If I was home I would be able to do NO sugar or flour! Since I'm on vacation I'm not doing that portion of the challenge, sorry! I will do the 3500 calorie part though, plus hubby walked to get something at the store! He brought me back an ice cream, for a surprise! Hey, hey, I just couldn't say no,lol.

NO cookies , donuts, muffins, pie,Candy ,sodas or other sweet drinks, no added sugar to coffee/ tea , Extending My Challenge to 14th. ok, it's halfway through week 6 and this is my first post of the challenge. i'll start by saying i've eaten sugar and flour freely this week! now that i'm aware, i'll work on that for the rest of the week. i should also mention that i'm recovering from an injury of sorts and am under doctor's orders not to exercise, other than gentle walking. frustrating, but i want to heal while getting back into the habit of logging and slowly working towards the 3500 goal each week. i know i won't get there this week but at least i'm getting on track.
