I did SO much grocery shopping yesterday for meal planning for the next two weeks that I came home and passed out once the groceries were put away! Oops. I will probably be doing day five and six today.0

I've got runner's knee from over training. I can't work out my legs for a week or two until my knee gets better. I'll keep up the upper body and ab workouts so I don't fall behind.0

Coming down with flu, however I still did do PT session today with trainer.
Gonna give JM a miss today and see how I sleep tonight and feel tomorrow.0 -

I'm finding it getting easier too I don't notice a change in my body yet. I'm still really bloated from the weekend. Hopefully it goes away by Friday0

Day one done haha. I will end about 9 days after you guys, so all are welcome to add me. I am in a 7 week biggest loser challenge at work, and the winner gets $600 two days before thanksgiving. Hopefully this helps.0

I went out for dinner after work and when I got home and I went straight to my room to change into my workout clothes. I felt so good crossing off Day 8 on my calendar!0

I have missed some DAYS as I was unwell, but making up for it now. I have just completed Day 7 and 8, definitely getting much easier, may do another round this evening, see how I feel, as I still have a few days to make up.0 -
