These are great photos guys. I love seeing them because they tell such a fantastic story for each person.
Here are the ones I have to date.
The day before surgery, then at 5 months , then at 6 months. I haven't taken a 7 month photo yet. For those who have not seen this scan photo previously, it is a really confronting body fat scan that they requested I take in India just after surgery. I was shocked at how small my skeleton actually was inside this not so small body. It meant I was unable to make the 'big boned' excuse anymore. I could no longer look in the mirror and convince myself I looked acceptable when I was made so shockingly aware of what 'I' was supposed to look like. That was actually me, not some mock up of how someone should look. It was ME! The evidence could not be argued with once I had seen this scan.0 -

I am presleeve - but here is my Before and before in progress. I'd lost about 22lbs. THe first is my first consult at the surgeon, the more recent is just after my last diet appointment.
