    10/06 Day 1: 10.75 mile run / 3 miles walk / 13 min strength training / 1208 calorie burn + S&F N/A
    10/07 Day 2: 5 mile walk / 13 min strength training / 489 calorie burn / + S&F N/A
    10/08 Day 3: 8 mile walk / 918 calorie burn + S&F N/A
    10/09 Day 4: 13 mile run / 3 mile walk / 1326 calorie burn / + S&F N/A
    10/10 Day 5: Rest Day + S&F N/A
    10/11 Day 6: 7 mile run/jog / 960 calorie burn / + S&F N/A

    Here is my week 6 results!

    Week 6 Goal: 3500 + S & F Free Day

    10/06 Day 1: 823 calories burned (doing T25 & a fast 8.5 miles on the ex bike) + S&F free ( this is tough but I did it, yes you can too!)
    10/07 Day 2: 745 calories burned ( step mill at wellness center & ex bike at home)+ S&F free (once again tough but I made it!)
    10/08 Day 3: 622 calories burned ( doing two T25 workouts +stretching)+ S&F free (SCORED AGAIN but I have a WHOPPER of a headache. I guess this is what detox feels like!)
    10/09 Day 4: 153 calories burned (walking shopping & to & fro the cafe)+ S&F free (YES again & I am even in the city (for dental appointments)
    10/10 Day 5: 371 calories burned (walking in the city while pushing the baby stroller(over 2 miles and it was such a beautiful evening). My 7 yr old grandson & I picked up trash & put rocks back in the edged in areas & then we fed the ducks)+ S&F free (YES! Even while in the city where the eating places are EVERYWHERE! I gave my bread, toast or croutons to another family member!)
    10/11 Day 6. 523 calories burned (taking my dogs for a jog after we drove back home from the city)+ S&F free (YES again but it was easy today cuz we traveled!)
    10/12 Day 7. 656 calories burned (cleaning out the garden & cleaning house & doing laundry)+S&F free (YES I made the week & "plan" to do this for a month!)

    This was a bad week due to personal issues

    10/08 Day 8: 200 calories burned (mini cycle)

    I'll be honest, I didn't attempt to cut out sugar or flour. For me personally. I have found through a long history of yo-yo dieting when I try to restrict, I can't handle the cravings and eventually go too far in the other direction. I hit my calorie & protein macros and don't sweat the rest.

    But I applaud the efforts of the rest of you! Great work!

    10/06 Day 1: 755 (dancing, walking) + S&F free
    10/07 Day 2: 625 (dancing) - not S&F free - had a piece of naan
    10/08 Day 3: 302 (stretching, walking)+ S&F free
    10/09 Day 4: 294 (stretching, weights, recumbent) + S&F free
    10/10 Day 5: 360 (stretching, walking, elliptical) - went to dinner at cousins and had flour tortilla and apple pie
    10/11 Day 6. 312 (dancing) + S&F free
    10/12 Day 7. 958 (various cardio, calisthenics, and stretching) had a very small amount of pasta and stone cheesecake

    Total: 3606
    Remaining: complete.

    I liked the challenge but didn't pressure myself to follow it exactly. I've had lots of issues with binge eating in the past and don't want to have any forbidden foods.

    This weeks challenge is to burn 3500 calories PLUS no SUGAR or FLOUR!

    Week 6 Goal: 3500

    10/06 Day 1: 541 (walk, work, lifting/ moving boxes, Cleaning) not S+F free
    10/07 Day 2: 295 (Walk + cleaning)Not S&F free( but no desserts of any kind, no sweetened drinks, or added sugar to coffee/ tea)
    10/08 Day 3: 645 (Walk , cleaning, jog up and down stairs) NO soda / Sweetened beverages Added sugar to coffee/tea
    10/09 Day 4:754 ( 1 1/2 hr walk / jog , Heavy/ light cleaning)No added sugar, sweetened beverages, cookies/ candy/ cake/pie... My daughters' learning how to bake/cook, I'm eating her muffin. No apologies.
    10/10 Day 5: 403( work, walk, lifting moving boxes)+ no sweets, sweet beverages or added sugar
    10/11 Day 6. 576(Walking, work moving / lifting boxes, cleaning) No added sugar, sweetened beverages, cakes , candy ) down a 1/2lb. woo hoo! Had a piece of Daughter's choc. pie . Still under goal though.
    10/12 Day 7. 513 (cleaning , walk ) Had Dannon Creamery dessert. Not a GREAT day.
