So yeah, this is a little belated and I gained 4 lbs while on vacation. I can't say I'm surprised and I'm honestly not too upset with myself but now that I'm back, I'm definitely wishing I had laid off those chocolate mocha mudslides a bit more. Oh well, onward and downward (hopefully). Just gotta keep moving forward and I know these pounds will come off!
