Nailed it
Finally. That 2 pounds I gained is gone. (comes back in 1 week and takes 2 to get rid of) I got a weekend trip coming up with a visit to a restaurant we love so next week may be a different story. Regardless, that is life and as long as I can control the little ups and downs so they won't become big ups and downs I'll be fine.

im still stuck, up and down between 212 to 216, no change for ages. going on holiday on Saturday and had really hoped to be down to the next stone before i went. i know food and drink will be a plenty, next week so im just going to take it as it comes, i will accept any gain that comes my way maybe it will give me a boost and ill start loosing agin.0

aprilh47 - I'm expecting to be up again too after a weekend trip and the fact I didn't get back on track today either. That's life. We'll get there. You have been exercising quite a bit so you're likely gaining muscle which is good. Clothes getting looser even though scales don't show a loss?0
