Please help me set my macros!

I have seriously fallen off the wagon. I've gained 10 more pounds since Spring, when I started school. I'm disgusted with myself! So...I weigh 153 pounds now. I'm 5'2". I would like to weigh no more than 115 pounds. Can someone please help me set my macros? I can adjust them later, I just don't even know where to start and I need to start tracking. I'm thinking no more than 20 grams of carbs a day for now. I'm not very active. Any other info needed? I just need a starting point. Thanks!
