1st Saturday Weight In!

So i'm in the UK so i'm awake earlier than you lot so i've decided to just start this off!

(warning = i'm such a keener on measuring so theres a lot of measurements that would be irrelevant for yous but matters to me)

Weight - 127.8
Waist - 28
Hips - 37

Between under bust and waist - 28.6
Lower stomach/pooch/lovehandle area - 30.5
Inner thigh area - 21.9
Mid thigh - 17.9

compared to day 1 i've lost:
0.5 inches off my hips
0.1 inch off my inner thigh
1 inch off that area between my bust and waist.

also lost since wednesday (the last time i weighed myself) i've lost 0.8 lbs :blush:

    Way to go! Great results for one week!

    I already ate breakfast so I will weigh in tomorrow. But as of yesterday I had not lost or gained. Holding steady at 148. I know I have had too much sodium this week, but I still need to tighten up my eating. I'm also very lazy about logging food so there's that.

    Ive lost a pound this week,... I found that I gained 2 pounds then relost those plus an extra.. not sure if water weight or what.
