    Was actually trying to maintain this week so wasn't wanting any loss, I expect my weight to fluctuate over the next few weeks till I get this right.

    Not true! ... you have it within yourself to do this! Make a plan for the coming week... Get your menu together now and stick to it! Your are doing good and working hard... keep it up!

    I did knocked off 0.3lbs. this week. Don't know how that happened... I really was expecting a to hold or gain!


    My friends... many of us seem to be struggling a bit....

    Hang in there and support each other. Better days are ahead for each of us! ... but don't think it will just happen....

    Let's take and do EVERYTHING we can, to bring it.
    I don't know anyone that deserves it more than the members in this group!

    10/18 - 185.5 was out of town last week and didn't get my weigh-in done. I did better than I thought I was going to considering my schedule.
    10/24 - 186 - considering my lack of work this week, I'm not surprised. Actually I'm pretty glad it's only that. This month has not been a great one but I'm staying at it.

    Before vacation at the start of October I was 135.8 lb, then I lost some weight from walking around at Disneyworld. Then I gained some back from eating lots of fast food and visiting family on our drive home. We've been home about a week now and I have now dropped to 135.2 lb! I am feeling good and liking the fit of my new jeans. I'm getting so close to my goal and now need to start toning up. :) Goal: 130 ish + muscle!

    We got to meet, you took your cruise, you completed the SPARTAN SUPER SACRAMENTO and you dropped like 4 lbs. in about 2 weeks.

    That's Awesome in my books! You are on track for a fabulous November, ...go get em! :)

    All things considered.... this is not bad!

    November will shape up for me, I expect quite a bit.
    I've got the fitness center access now and I'm able to crank up my biking a bit more again... also looking into starting up a fitness program like P90X at the middle of the month.

    I picked up the Polar Loop activity bracelet and HRM a couple weeks ago and also just got a Samsung S5 to host the apps... I'm sure to experience information overload.

    With the new gadgets and the holidays I have to stay focused.... nudges from my friends are always appreciated!
