How Many Follow Up Appts. Did You Have Post-Op?

I had my 1st post-op appt last Fri (about 1 week after having my Sleeve done).
My next 1 will be 1 month from that date, so Nov 24th.
I cant find it in my info when to expect my next 1 at how many months out.
I want to say maybe 6 months but Im drawing a blank
I was wondering how many times in the 1st yr post-op you all are required and how long does it go from then after?
Is it 1 time per yr for X amount of yrs?

I would imagine every surgeon is a little different, but my schedule (and seems to be common) was 2 weeks post-op, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year. After that it is once a year indefinitely.0

Mine is the same as April731

I had a 2 week followup with the surgeon and another one scheduled for 3 months. A final appointment with the surgeon after 1 year. After that I am supposed to coordinate with my PCP for yearly bloodwork. I don't think I see the Bariatric Doctors again absent some specific reason.

Mine was exactly like April731's. I now see them once a year. I will say though, I don't see my surgeon, I see the PA and if I ask, the nutritionist. And I can email the nutritionist and exercise specialist any time I want with questions or updates.0

Im thinking (or maybe Im hoping...lol) that mine might be somewhat similar to Robs.
Since Ive already had my 1st week out and Im scheduled for my 2nd one 1 month from that appt, my next 1 will be 6 months and then 1 at the 1 year anniversary of my surgery.
I don't believe I have any more w/ them directly, more as follow ups w/ my own Dr.0 -
Mine is the same as april1731. I do have labs done once a year for my annual appointment and every 2 years I have a bone density test done. Labs and bone test are to make sure that malabsorption is not an issue since I had RNY.0

Mine is the same as april731 as well, but since my one year "surgiversary" recently passed and I still need to lose about another 26 to get to goal, my surgeon wants to see me again in 6 months rather than wait one year. I LOVE my surgeon, I never mind going to see him!0
