    I am sorry I have been Missing in Action. It has been a rough week in higher ed! :expressionless: LOL

    AnnofB-As you can see, my ticker still says 99 so you'll need to look to Bandit for that 100 mark! She is awesome!!!!! I am down to my last pound and then I want to drop a couple more so I can maintain in a 2-3 pound range, so these last few are fighting hard to hang on! :laugh:

    Essie-You did it!!! You made GOAL! :drinker:

    Pinky-Isn't it fun walking with out sons! I loe to alk with mine becuase he is 6'3" tall and has a long stride which keeps me moving pretty quickly. Love the burn when I walk with him! :sweat_smile:

    ECfromSJ, I am so sorry to read that your injured knee has potential torn cartilage for a diagnosis so far. I can only imagine the pain that you experienced on your walk :'( . I am glad that you are permitted to do a few select exercises to help keep up your strength and endurance in the meantime. I do hope that your knee gets healed quickly and are able to walk with us soon.

    Friday: (10.31) 2 miles Just Walk Belly Blasting Walk DVD (cardio) AND the Firm 30 from Walk It Off in 30 Days DVD (strength)

    2 DVD miles.

    0 outdoor minutes.

    0 mini walks from Walk Blaster DVD.

    My goal for October: I will walk a minimum of 2 DVD 'miles' or 30+ outside minutes at least 5 days a week.

    So far: 31 Leslie/ or other walking DVD miles

    So far: 925 outdoor minutes (taking advantage of the cooler mornings :yum: )

    So far: 13 mini walks from Walk Blasters DVD
