A friend of mine wants to know if she should get the regular or deluxe version of PiYo. Specifically wondering if the foot slider things are worth it. I haven't gotten to that workout yet so I don't have an opinion yet. So I told her I'd ask my trusty PiYo group.

So what do you guys think? Should she spring for the deluxe? Are the foot sliders and additional DVDs worth the extra cost?
