I think I may have pinched my sciatic nerve. If I stand up more than 10 minutes , my right toes go numb. My back is much better than last week, but I will still be exercise limited this week. It sucks getting old and having arthritis type issues.0 -

It was a great day. I was able to get in a 3 mile run this morning, and I did a quick cardio circuit this evening. I'm kicking butt and taking names because I need to win my Dietbet.

R_Queenie - Awesome job avoiding those unhealthy snacks. All you can do is try to make the best choices possible. I actually hate going to trainings and such because of the food. Since I can't control what they're serving, I always have some healthy snacks on me.0 -
