Hi, I'm Laura from MD (US). I love the idea of trying to walk/jog 100 miles in November. I'm running the Rock n Roll 1/2 marathon next March and my official training program starts at the end of this month so I'm walking/jogging to prepare for it.0

Hi Kenda - I am just next door to you, Saskatchewan. Winter is the most challenging. I have Leslie Sansone DVD's that I do inside during the week or when the weather is really bad.0 -
