    My goal is to walk 100 miles in November! Even though my ticker says 500... my ultimate goal is just to walk 500 miles.

    First day and I thought I would see how far I could jog it, and I surprised myself by jogging the entire 3.5 miles, I have never jogged that far or long without walking breaks. Good start to the challenge, since I have a sedentary job 9 hrs a day at a desk and at least 90 mins a day commuting I plan to use my total steps per day to my total and on weekends dedicated walk/jogs of 3.5-5 miles per day.

    Me tooo!!! I have desk job - 10 hours a day and a 1 hour commute. I use my steps towards my total for the day..... and some days I make a lot of extra trips to the paper shredder :D Weekends are my dog walking days.... because now I would be getting home in the dark.

    First day of November were spent organicing and celabrate a birthday. So were not able to go out for a walk.

    1. November 3,61 km and 5142 steps

    In total 3,61 km left to goal 166,39 steps 1 day of 1 - goal done :)

    Yeah - Nov 1 = 10463 steps / 4.2 miles

    Good thing I had a good day yesterday :D .... raining this morning, forecast is for a snowfall warning :#

    Nov 1-- No planned walk but 2.11 miles
    Nov. 2-- 4.58 miles planned walk and 1.17 miles additional walking.
    I will only add back in unplanned walking if I am short of goal at the end of the month.

    I'm starting this month slow.... I had to work on Sunday and my Fitbit was going to die, so the only measurement on it was from my bed to plug it in...LOL. I too work those long shifts (10 hour days, overnight...makes it rough to get a lot of steps in, especially when I work over/extra days!).

    1st - 2.89
    2nd - 0.01
    3rd - 2.35 (as of 11 PM)
    Total = 5.25
