    I weighed myself on Saturday but forgot to log it in until now. I'm aiming for about 8 pounds this month. I really want to get to the 150s and if I can accomplish my goal, I'll only have another 10 pounds until I hit my ultimate goal weight!

    Carl it is simple water retention buddy, don't get discouraged by the numbers just keep doing what you do and it will all sort it self out.
