Tracking net carbs....

All I do is use fiber as one of my 5 things I track, along with carbs, protein and fat. Carbs-fiber=net carbs0

I also have a google chrome script that will do it, but I forgot where I got it, so went basic, heh.

I wish that the circle diagram and carbs were more accurately reflecting what is really happening in my food choices. An avocado is 23 grams carbs, equal to a small brownie....come on!0
