03/10 – 258.5 bad week, I gained back. I feel very disheartened.
10/10 - 247.28 – 18.72 off. Cheat week! I have been down for a whole week with Dengue Fever! I expect some of this will go back on, but I hope to start exercising again within the next couple of days.
17/10 248.38 I put a bit back on after being ill but that’s OK.
24/10 251.68 It’s back on! I must get back on track or I am going to fail AGAIN

I felt like that last week but upped my exercise this week and cut out some more rubbish. I am now starting to get some good habits in and bad ones out. Stay with it.
