That's pretty cool addiec1! I'm still going at it. It seems I'm managing 3 times a week. I'm hoping to increase to 4 days a week eventually.

    Today's workout:

C25K W2D2 I made a mistake and hit the wrong button removing all of my stats. I rotated between walking and jogging:

-Total of 10 mins jogging at a speed of 5.2
    - 21 mins of walking at a speed of 3.4 with warm up/cool down of 3.0
    - 2% incline, except for 90 secs running with a 3% incline

    GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

Hello All! Today I hit the pavement. I'm part of a group in my community in which they (because I rarely exercise outside, I'm saying "they" lol) pick various trails to run/walk/jog as a group. Unfortunately, not too long ago, one of the young ladies was attacked during an early morning run which caused her to vow to never run again, she even tossed away her sneakers. HOWEVER, we all managed to convince her to not give up. Today was designated a support day for her, so about 15 of us hit the trails together in support of her.

I still managed to follow my C25K workout W2D3 which is a total of 31 mins. I even managed to do an extra 15 mins. It's been a year since I ran outside and boy did that feel GREAT!!

I burned approximately 300 calories. My top speed was 5.9 (which is faster than what I do on the treadmill and my lowest speed was 3.0.

    have a FANTASTIC evening!!

Great! The temperature has rapidly dropped here so I will not go outside for a while! Today is my rest day only due to finishing work and getting home at 8.25pm... didn't have timee! I will be back tomorrow night for sure!

Passed on treadmill walk yesterday; black/blue callus seemed to be God’s way of telling me to ease up; Going to shoot for my usual 246 calorie burn by doing 40 minutes of walking at 3.0 mph…guess we’ll see.

My weekly “official” weigh-in confirms a 2 lb. loss. I’ll take it!

Had so much energy tonight, my poor legs just kept on going and going. I reduced the incline so it's virtually flat and this has helped. I have chunky legs and the pain was just too much that it sapped my calories because I was unable to run for distance to keep my heart rate up!

C25K W2D1 again. I haven't reached the point where I feel it's "easy", so I'm sticking with this week until it does before moving on.

    31 mins
    incline 2.5%
    247 cals burned

Wasn't sure what would happen this past week because of mandatory pull-back on exercise and couldn't do treadmill (Ulcer developed under callus on foot & podiatrist had to treat). Happy with results. All I want to do this week is maintain current numbers / 159 pound loss (OK a 1 pound loss this week would be nice)

Still struggling from a bad heel, I've been away from the treadmill this weekend. Hoping to go back on the treadmill Monday and see a doctor sometime next week.

New personal best this past Sunday. 10 minutes walking @ 4.0, then 72 minutes running @ 5.0 followed by 8 minutes walking @ 4.0 to finish out 90 minutes. I actually ran for 6 miles straight! I ignore the calorie burn readout on my treadmill. I know its insane. (Think it showed something like 900 for the 90 minutes.

Yesterday walked 4.0 for 70 minutes, with a few 30 second sprints at 6.0 and 7.0. I think I did 3 of each.
