Hey guys! I forgot to tell you that I have already met my goal weight of 200 pounds!! I'm so excited! I decided to tack on an extra goal to lose 5 more pounds. Once I get to 195, I plan to start my recomposition phase. I need to start thinking now of a maintainence plan because I don't want to go back!0
