    Weighed in at 280 on Saturday. :smile:

    Also dropped my BF to about 25%.... Hopefully can get down another 5 by Christmas!

    10/03: Was very sick and couldn't get to gym to weigh myself. Weight on Sept 26th was 156.8, -5 from Sept 4 weigh in.

    11/4: 148.8, 20 lbs reached!!

    Hey guys! I forgot to tell you that I have already met my goal weight of 200 pounds!! I'm so excited! I decided to tack on an extra goal to lose 5 more pounds. Once I get to 195, I plan to start my recomposition phase. I need to start thinking now of a maintainence plan because I don't want to go back!
