At this point we've usually filtered out the 'uncommitted', so I say well done and congratulations for making it this far! Whether you've already sailed through your halfway point or are struggling to get there there is plenty of time to adjust pace to meet your goal. We can do this!!!

I've been getting to comfortable and skipping workouts. Just depressed that when I workout I gain and when I don't I lose weight. It really bothers me to have to choice what is more important to me. I know exercise it better. I need to stop with the excuses.
Also, my fitbit has been acting funny and skipped three days of steps! I just took my average steps and added it in.

Weather is moving towards seasonable so am aiming to walk in the evenings, base layers are a must. Does anyone know what is best for walking in the snow and ice, I don't want to wear boots but my feet get cold because of the mesh in the sneakers. What is a good winter running/walking shoe? Any tips on winter walking is appreciated, hate the bulkiness of winter jackets so want lightweight, moisture wicking, and warm, to withstand the -20's celsius temperatures.0

I'm out for November. My fitbit died after my last logging and I can't seem to resurrect it. I'm continuing to work on it and hope to have it fixed by December, or find another way to keep track. I don't want to change my way of keeping track partially through a month. I am trying to stay active, though. Will be in for December, but will be out of the country until the 8th, so probably won't be checking in until that time.
