    The weather has been good so I've been running outdoors.....but the rain should be back by the weekend and I'll post again then. I've really got to get the TV set up by the treadmill again soon. It's a long run without something to watch. :smile:

    I'm still alive too. Took a week break due to stomach virus issues. But I'm feeling good again
