    Coming back from holidays has been difficult on this walking challenge, there are some many things to catch up at work that I don't have enough time to do my morning walks. Hopefully next month will be better ;)

    Week 1 - 25 miles
    Week 2 - 25 Miles
    Week 3 - Overseas trip 10 Miles
    Week 4:
    25/11/14 - 5 Miles
    28/11/14 - 5 Miles

    1st week 33,18 km walked and 5000 or more steps done each day.
    2nd week 26,43 km walked and 5000 steps or more done 6 of 7 days
    3rd week 32,35 km walked and 5000 steps or more done 5 of 7 days

    Week 1 = 17.9 miles / 1 day over 10,000 steps / 15 mins. trampoline
    Week 2 = 27.8 miles / 2 days over 10,000 steps / 2 x's on the trampoline
    Week 3 = 20.1 miles / 0 days over 10,000 steps / 0 trampoline
    Total so far = 65.8 miles so far

    Nov 22nd = 3.2 miles
    Nov 23rd - 2.3 miles
    Nov 24th - 1.9 miles
    Nov 25th - 2.8 miles
    Nov 26th - 3.2 miles
    Nov 27th - 3.5 miles - curled 82.6 miles so far

    May not make my goal - but must keep going !! :neutral_face:
