Struggles and successes of the week: Struggles for this week will be next Mon-Wed are finals in college. This week my primary daily activity will be sitting at my desk studying. Need to focus on scheduling time each day to get away from the desk and go to the gym for my physical and mental health:) Successes: It's strengthening to go to the gym and workout around other people likeminded. It gets me away from school work and gives me time to shake it all off.0 -

Struggles and successes of the week: This marks the beginning of my second month losing weight, and so far I am down 17 pounds! I doubt my weight loss will be as quick this month so I have set my goal a bit lower. Christmas doesn't scare me!0 -

Struggles or successes of the week: Trying to lose baby weight. My goal is to lose 1% of my body weight weekly until I'm at my goal of 143.3 by August 3 next year. Since that's so far away, I'm glad for this group so I can focus on this month and have a really good start.0 -

Successes: I'm finally back on track after two months off and a 10 pound gain. Also, I've just bought a Kinect and it's an awesome way to workout! I wish I had bought one ages ago!0
