Hello Ladies/Gents...it's been a while (3 weeks at least). Today is my first day back to spending time with my treadmill. I'm still using my C25K App. I've been repeating Week 2 (3 times I believe).

35 mins
2% incline
254 Cals burned
rotation of walking and jogging
Let's hope I can get back to my 3 day a week schedule.

CMc, as long as you're running, you're doing great. Sometimes life just gets in the way.
I haven't been able to run since Saturday. As long as you get back at it as soon as you can, you won't lose much progress.
Today's workout:

Ran 6K in 54:00
Walked 1.25K in 14:00 (warm up & cool down) (inclines 0-3)

Hello all I haven't posted in a while. I fell off for about 3 weeks during the holiday's, however I'm back at it. I had decided to incorporate the pre-programmed Incline routines into my treadmill workout and BOY OH BOY.. I finally tackled W3D1 of the C25K App. Yes I've been repeating week 2 for a couple of months. I was intimidated by the fact that week 3 included repetitions of jogging for 3 mins straight. HOWEVER, it wasn't as bad a I thought. I survived in accomplishing it last night! YAHOO!!0

I've done W1 of C25K for months now - maybe I'm a little afraid, I know.0

RedfootDaddy, yes that's probably what it is. I tend to read the workouts ahead of time and that has been intimidating. My advice is to just give W2 a try without any thought. What's the worse that can happen?! The best would be that you try it, if you find the need to scale back...so be it...IT'S OK. The fact remains, you still tried! I'm rooting for you!!! YOU CAN DO IT!
Last night I moved on to W3D3. I had to begin walking sooner than the timer, however I just then added a minute to my workout once I recovered.
I burned about 242 Calories. Once I did that I added some strenghten training using the Daily Workouts App, 8 mins of Abs and 8 Mins of Arms.0 -
I forgot to post my Monday evening routine...I completed W3D2...burning 236 calories. I decreased my speed from 5.0 to 4.0 the second run time around.0
