December it is tough to find the motivation to get moving. Set a miles goal and use it as a motivator to keep on swimming (or walking, running, crawling, hiking... whatever works for YOU). Don't want to track miles, set a minutes of exercise goal. Use this to keep yourself doing SOMETHING.

I set my goal as 60 miles again. I hit my goal last month. I am off to a slow start so I am going to have to play catch up but by aiming to hit the same goal, I will have to be more motivator once I get past this damn cold.

I've lowered my goal to 50 this month, I didn't come anywhere close in November. It's harder to run when it's snowing and cold outside. I don't have a treadmill or gym membership. I'm doing another 10 K on December 20 :-) If the weather stays in the 50s like it has the last week I will be able to log some good miles.

This will be my first goal, and I have put it to 15 miles.

I have gotten a BAD start to the month. I am dropping my goal to 50 which is still probably not going to happen. I got hit with a nasty cold at the beginning of the month and been battling it since. Between that and lots of rain/ice/snow I just haven't been motivated. Hopefully I will get out of this funk and the weather will cooperate

Starting to find a little more motivation to move. I still have 30+ miles to my goal. In a normal month I would say it would be easy to hit but December is tough between weather and holidays. We will see!
