    I did reach my goal weight 3 years ago but have slipped since and am determined to get back there!
    I will be averaging 1600 cals and doing 30 day shred as well as trying to fit in as much walking as my schedule will allow.

    Current Weight: 130 lbs (+\- 2 or 3 lbs fluctuations)
    Heaviest weight: 168 lbs after having twins (and here I am looking for a twin???)
    Goal weight: 120-125 lbs (or maintain 130 but decrease fat and add lean muscle)
    BF%: I have no idea but suspect 23-26%?
    GBF%: 15-20%

    My fitness goals are to increase strength/endurance with lean muscle gains and decreasing body fat percentage. Also working toward some fitness bucklet list goals like being able to deadlift 200 lbs, bench press my own body weight, do a strick unassisted wide grip pull up (just achieved a chin-up 3 sets x2 reps), do a pistol squat, perform a human flag (at least 5 seconds), run a 10k and maybe a half marathon.

    Currently doing Stronglifts 5x5 strength training along with some other small isolated muscle group weight lifting. I teach cardio-kickboxing classes at our local wellness center and like to run 5ks. Also enjoy Dancefit/Zumba and Yoga.

    I have been able to keep a steady weight of 118 for years but something happened with my metabolism in the last few months and I ended up gaining 4 extra pounds that are extremely difficult to shed!   • I've seen this in the forums quite a bit and I thought finding a twin here would be a lot easier seeing as we are all ladies here and we are all considering ourselves to be in roughly the same weight category. Plus I don't know about you but having friends with almost identical goals is pretty motivating for me!! I would love to find some girls on here with goals like mine so we can really help and encourage each other on losing that fat/chub/pudge/jiggle in your wiggle/etc. !!!

    Feel free to add me if you'd like. I recently graduated school and am trying to figure out how find time to cook healthy meals between a full time and part time job. I also struggle with high fat, low protein. I'm not a vegetarian but I don't eat a lot of meat either.

    I'm 31, two kids (11 and 7). Working full time (40-50 hrs a week) and hubby not home until real late (10pm) which puts a hinder in the whole gym thing anymore. Finding time to work out is my main struggle right now.

    I am a flight attendant and find routines to be impossible to maintain. I am active a good portion of most days, but sleep and adequate rest is a struggle- I fly overnights from New York to Europe and back 5-7 times per month. I eat healthy for someone who is forced to eat out a lot. I am running my first marathon in July 2015. I'm looking to get back into the low 120s for both running ease and because I frankly look and feel better at that weight.

I live a pretty active life (5 years of volleyball, 4 years of track, 10 years of soccer, 11 years of ballet) but my biggest weakness is over-eating and having too many unhealthy snacks. My overall goal is to get my body to a point where I can do almost anything and look good doing it. I am an athlete, I love being active, so I need my body to be able to perform.

    I love weight training and dislike cardio, other than the stuff I do for fun and not exercise (biking, hiking).
