    Yay! I started my journey here at MFP at the first week of the last episode......I was super motivated for 4 months.....then after the show, it stopped for me here too and I gained 8 of the 22 I lost back.....now I am starting to feel the effects of just 8 pounds on my body....and back in the swing again! Just in time for the NEW SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
