I knew I was going to indulge this week, so I worked on exercise this week, specifically #2 & #3. To count towards a 30 minute mini goal workout, I decided it had to be something I changed into workout clothes for. (So I did not count mini cycle that I do while at the computer, cleaning, walking etc)
